The Trilogy Series books are three historical fictions imaging the life of first century followers of Jesus as they learn to follow Jesus while He was here on earth. The three characters: Tobias, a Pharisee; Leah, a poor widow; and Zeke, a Zealot all discover what it means to let Jesus teach them how to live the life that God had in mind when they were created. The characters are fictional but the setting comes from the New Testament.

Three Who Followed (Book 1)
This first volume introduces Tobias, Leah, and Zeke—three very different people whose lives intersect as they begin hearing stories about Jesus. Each carries their own questions, fears, and assumptions about God, power, and the future. As they encounter Jesus and witness the unfolding events of His life, they begin the difficult and transformative journey of learning what it truly means to follow Him.

The Three Surrender (Book 2)
In the second volume, the cost of discipleship becomes clearer. Tobias, Leah, and Zeke must wrestle with their expectations about the Messiah and confront the ways their past loyalties and identities shape how they see Jesus. As events surrounding Jesus grow more intense, they discover that following Him requires surrender—letting go of control, certainty, and the life they once believed they understood.

The Way They Were Sent (Book 3)
The final volume follows the three disciples as they step into the world after Jesus’ resurrection. With the message of the Kingdom spreading beyond familiar boundaries, Tobias, Leah, and Zeke must learn what it means not only to follow Jesus but to carry His legacy forward. Their journey reveals how ordinary people become part of God’s unfolding story in the world.
